Blood Money opened last night....I'm sure there were many who thought it would never happen. It was a play beset by many difficulties - the leading man quit two weeks before opening - and not to be outdone, so did
the leading lady!The building of the set was finally completed (sort of!) - only a week before opening - which meant we had a week to paint and dress it......not an easy task. Volunteers were hustled to help paint and a jukebox was created!
The final touches were completed hours before the dress rehearsal...who was Carol Mitchell?
